The location was only a 15 minute walk from the main attractions. Breakfast was lovely, you get to choose 1 meal and 1 drink off of the menu & you are able to change it up everyday if you like. The staff was lovely and accommodating & extremely helpful with arranging to pick us up from the airport at 1 AM - thank you so much to the gentleman who stayed up that late to assure our arrival. I also accidentally left my book on the lobby table & they were gracious to have it sent to my next hotel stay. The staff even checked on me to make sure I received it. They offered bike rentals for 100k a day that we took them up on and were able to go to the beach and visited MySon. We also used their laundry service that was 30k a kilogram & everything came back very fresh. The A/C worked great on our room as well as the WiFi. We were able to get lots of work done. Thank you so much again!

This accommodation is such great value for money! We stayed for 5 nights. The location is great, in a quiet but lively residential area, only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was basic but delicious, many different options to choose from and cooked fresh every morning. You can rent bicycles or motorbikes through the accommodation directly. Our room was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, we had a small issue with the shower which was fixed straight away. The pool was a welcome addition to cool off in the midday heat. Highly recommend.

The included breakfast made the stay worthwhile, they have different options and its cooked as you order it not buffet style so the food is fresh and warm. shower was good with glass door. Bed was good, room has a table with chair which is nice for laptop work. room is big enough. about a 13 minute walk from the heart of the town but 5 minute walk to get to the shopping and restaurants. Pool is a plus even thought i did not use it. Staff was friendly and sweet

We didn't actually stay at this property, as shortly after confirming our booking, the owner informed us that this property was temporarily closed due to problems. She offered us her other accommodation - Corn Riverside Villa, which had similar facilities (also the pool) but was a little further from the city centre in the countryside. We were able to rent bicycles free of charge. Breakfast was OK and the staff were friendly. We also booked a cooking tour through the accommodation, which we liked. Overall, good value for the price.

We had a big room with a big double bed. The bed was comfy and clean. Our shower had only cold water when we arrived and they came up to our room to check it. They called someone to get it fixed, we had hot water the next morning. No noise problems. About a 20 minute walk into the old town. The breakfast was good - you could pick one dish (eggs and bread, banana pancake or fruit and yoghurt) and one drink. Good for the price.

We liked everything about our stay!! The owner was such a friendly, unobtrusive person. He told us about all the activities in the area, but he was not pushy at all! He has some connections in town, so you will get a good deal for massage or tailoring. Whenever we sat in front of his hotel, he offered us some tea and some really good conversations. The room itself had everything we needed & was very clean.

The place is located about 15 minutes from the centre of Hoi an which is very easy to walk,definitely you are going to need to use Google maps to get here first time and maybe the second time. The breakfast is fair enough for what you are paying,the rooms are big and quite clean! The manger of the hotel and the ladies that are working there are very nice people! Good value for money!

Location, location, location! It's a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, but you live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Hoi An overflows with tourists, so finding a place where you can rest is crucial. The staff is helpful with advice, motorbikes and bicycles are available for rent, there is a kitchen one can use, and a pool. Highly recommended when visiting Hoi An!

Nice little family run hotel with a lovely if slightly cold pool, but very refreshing on super sunny days. The owners were incredibly helpful over message and helped to arrange transport to and from Da Nang for the cheapest prices we saw anywhere! Even locals we spoke to were surprised at the price we were offered the transport at. We were given a free room upgrade to a twin room with a balcony that got wonderful natural light.
